No analytics, no advertising trackers

What this site collects

These pages do not use analytics scripts or advertising trackers. They have no forms and do not ask for your name or email address. The ResponseBase app, which shares this domain, has its own privacy policy.

The fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party font service. A small script checks whether your device is set to light or dark mode so the page can match it. That setting is not stored or sent anywhere.

Server logs

Like most websites, the servers that deliver these pages may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for.

The ResponseBase app and its chatbots

The ResponseBase app, where organizations build and manage their chatbots, is covered by a separate privacy policy. Questions about it go to matthew@dixondigital.co.

If you chatted with a ResponseBase chatbot on another organization’s website, that organization sets up the chatbot and chooses settings such as how long conversations are kept. By default, transcripts are deleted after 90 days and visitor IP addresses are hashed. For questions about a specific chatbot, contact the organization that runs that website.
